Giving Opportunities & Friars' Wish List

 Visitors often ask us about our specific needs as we strive to maintain this sacred place of peace, beauty, and prayer and welcome nearly a half million visitors each year. We have compiled a list of those items most-needed at this time. We humbly thank you for your consideration.

Major Projects:

Donors will be recognized, if they choose, for funding these projects.

Replacement of the Exterior Stairs Leading Up to the Basilica
(Total cost of project: $450,000)
The deteriorated, old railroad tie stairway is in dire need of replacement with a more permanent pathway and stairs, while maintaining the historic beauty of Holy Hill.
Sponsor a stair: $2,500

Restoration of the Outdoor Stations of the Cross)
(Total cost of project: $70-$80,000)
The beautiful, life-size statues need to be cleaned and resealed to protect them from the weather, and the grottos in which they stand require cleaning and repair.
Sponsor a Station: $6,000
